S Creation ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email address, and phone number, when you register or place an order.
• Order and delivery details — shipping address, phone number, and order contents, needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Personalization uploads — any photo, logo, or text you upload to customize a product, used only to print your order.
• Payment reference details — for QR/UPI payments, an optional payment screenshot and/or UTR (transaction reference) number, used only to verify your payment. We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials — payments are made directly through your own UPI app.
• Basic technical data — such as your session and cart contents, used to make the site function (e.g. remembering your cart).

How we use this information

• To process, print, and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your order status, delivery, or a question you raised.
• To verify QR/UPI payments before confirming an order.
• To improve the products and service we offer.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not show fabricated reviews, ratings, or customer data anywhere on this site — anything you see reflects real orders and real customers.

Who we share information with

We share your name, phone number, and address only with the courier/delivery partner used to ship your specific order. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Location and live delivery

When you save an address, you choose its delivery point on a map. During an active own-rider delivery, the rider may deliberately share a latest location point from the Delivery Panel. You see that point and its update time only on your order page. Sharing stops when the rider leaves that delivery page and is not used for advertising.

Delivery Partner App

Our delivery riders use a separate "S.Creation Delivery" mobile app to manage their assigned deliveries. This section explains what that app collects and why.

• Precise location — collected only while a rider has an active delivery in progress (after tapping "Start Delivery"), to share their live position with the customer on that order's tracking page. Location sharing stops automatically when the delivery is completed, failed, or the rider closes the delivery.
• Account and identity details — name, phone number, email, vehicle type/number, and photo, used to identify the rider, generate their ID card, and assign deliveries.
• Delivery proof photos — an optional photo taken by the rider at the delivery point, used to confirm successful delivery.
• Device push-notification token — used only to alert the rider about new deliveries, commission updates, and support-ticket replies.
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) amounts collected — recorded against each delivery for accounting and handover tracking.
• App diagnostics — basic crash and error reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix bugs. These reports do not contain your personal messages or photos.

Riders cannot change their own phone number, vehicle details, or photo inside the app — any such change must be requested through the in-app Support Ticket and is verified and applied by our office staff. This data is never sold, and is only used to operate deliveries for S.Creation.

Requesting account or data deletion: a delivery rider can request deletion of their account and associated data (or specific data such as delivery photos) at any time by raising a Support Ticket in the app, or by emailing us using the contact details below. We will delete or anonymise the requested data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep delivery/order records for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your shopping cart. These are required for the site to function and are not used for third-party advertising or tracking.

Your rights

You can view and update your account details from your Profile page at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us using the details below.
